- Child exploitation materials or content that promotes violence or hatred against any individual or group.
- Material that infringes on intellectual property rights.
1.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications: You may not use our services for sending unsolicited emails or spam, including mass-marketing campaigns without proper consent (in violation of the Spam Control Act).
1.4 Resource Abuse: Excessive consumption of system resources that disrupt the stability, performance, or reliability of the hosting services for other users is prohibited, including:
- Overuse of bandwidth, CPU, or disk space.
- Running long-term, non-interactive processes such as cryptocurrency mining.
2. Security
2.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, passwords, and other credentials. You must promptly notify QUAPE PTE LTD if there is any breach or suspected breach of your account security.
2.2 Network Abuse: You may not engage in network-related activities that disrupt or impair the integrity or performance of QUAPE PTE LTD’s services, including:
- Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
- Port scanning or network probing.
- Distribution of any harmful software.
3. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to QUAPE PTE LTD via our contact channels found our website contact page. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, which may include service suspension or termination.
4. Enforcement
QUAPE PTE LTD reserves the right to:
- Monitor user activities and content to ensure compliance with this AUP.
- Suspend or terminate services if this AUP is violated.
- Cooperate with legal authorities in cases of suspected illegal activities.
5. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of services.
- Legal actions against the violator.
- Notification to the relevant legal authorities.
6. Disclaimer
QUAPE PTE LTD assumes no liability for any damages arising from the use of our services in violation of this AUP. Users are solely responsible for the legality of their activities and content.
7. Amendments
This AUP may be updated from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the policy for updates.
