Upgrade or Downgrade a Package

To upgrade or downgrade a package for a customer:

  1. Open Customer in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the customer you want to upgrade or downgrade.
  3. Go to the Packages tab.
  4. Click the dropdown menu on the package you wish to upgrade or downgrade and select Upgrade/downgrade.
  5. In the modal that appears, select the new package and click Subscribe to finish.
