Users and Roles in Enhance

Enhance allows multiple users to access a single cluster, with predefined roles determining their permissions.


Predefined Roles

  1. Owner

    • Primary contact for the organization.
    • Has unrestricted permissions.
    • Cannot be deleted.
  2. Super Admin

    • Unrestricted permissions except for deleting the Owner.
  3. System Administrator

    • Manages servers, services, customers, websites, and platform settings.
  4. Support

    • Manages customers and their websites.
  5. Business

    • Manages hosting packages and branding settings.
  6. Collaborator

    • Limited to managing only the websites they’re granted access to.

A single login can have access to multiple organizations, each with a different role. All can be managed from one dashboard.


Inviting a User

Only Owner and Super Admin roles can invite users.

Steps to Invite a User:

  1. Open Users from the left sidebar.



  2. Click Invite User in the top-right corner.

  3. Fill in the user’s details in the form.

  4. Click the Invite button.

The invited user will receive an email with a link to set up their account. This link expires after 10 days.
