Users and Roles in Enhance
Enhance allows multiple users to access a single cluster, with predefined roles determining their permissions.
Predefined Roles

Owner
- Primary contact for the organization.
- Has unrestricted permissions.
- Cannot be deleted.

Super Admin
- Unrestricted permissions except for deleting the Owner.

System Administrator
- Manages servers, services, customers, websites, and platform settings.

Support
- Manages customers and their websites.

Business
- Manages hosting packages and branding settings.

Collaborator
- Limited to managing only the websites they’re granted access to.
A single login can have access to multiple organizations, each with a different role. All can be managed from one dashboard.
Inviting a User
Only Owner and Super Admin roles can invite users.
Steps to Invite a User:
- Open Users from the left sidebar.
- Click Invite User in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the user’s details in the form.
- Click the Invite button.
The invited user will receive an email with a link to set up their account. This link expires after 10 days.
