Transferring Account Ownership
An organization Owner can transfer ownership to another user, but the recipient must already be a Super Admin within the organization.
Important Notes:
- Once ownership is transferred, your role will change to Super Admin.
- This action cannot be undone.
Steps to Transfer Ownership
- Ensure the recipient is a Super Admin on the account.
- Open Users in the left sidebar.
- Select the user you want to transfer ownership to.
- In the confirmation modal, click Make Owner to complete the transfer.
