Overview

The Application role in Enhance provides the following services:

1. Web Servers
   You can select from Apache 2.4, LiteSpeed, OpenLiteSpeed, or Nginx as the web server for each website hosted on your Enhance platform.

2. PHP FPM or LSPHP
   PHP FastCGI Process Manager (PHP FPM) or LiteSpeed PHP (LSPHP) is provided for websites with PHP enabled, one per website.

3. Screenshotd
   This internal Enhance service is responsible for maintaining a screenshot of each website added to the platform.

4. FTP (pure-ftpd)
   The application role provides FTP services using pure-ftpd for file transfers.

5. Filerd
   An internal Enhance service that powers the web-based file manager, allowing easy file management for hosted websites.

You can select the web server type during the installation of the application role. Additionally, you have the flexibility to switch web servers (Apache, LiteSpeed, OpenLiteSpeed, or Nginx) at any time without needing to make any configuration changes.
