On-Site support terms are as follow:

  • 24 Hours Response Time
  • 2 Hours minimum per session
  • Singapore Only
  • Applicable during office hours (Weekdays Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)

Covers only the following:

  • Problem solving pertaining to Quape’s hosting services (This includes website, emails and other services that you may have purchase with Quape.)
  • Advice for script related issues

Charges:

  • SGD100 per 2 hours of support session (Office hours)
  • SGD200 per 2 hours of support session (Non-Office hours)
