Yes, Quape offers On-Site support for customers who availed Quape hosting services.
On-Site support terms are as follow:
- 24 Hours Response Time
- 2 Hours minimum per session
- Singapore Only
- Applicable during office hours (Weekdays Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
Covers only the following:
- Problem solving pertaining to Quape’s hosting services (This includes website, emails and other services that you may have purchase with Quape.)
- Advice for script related issues
Charges:
- SGD100 per 2 hours of support session (Office hours)
- SGD200 per 2 hours of support session (Non-Office hours)
