Web Server Issues

  • Websites on LiteSpeed 404

    • Run /var/local/enhance/litespeedlogs/error.log to check for a domain limit warning.
    • Upgrade your LiteSpeed license if necessary.

  • Staging domains doesn't get a Let's Encrypt Certificate

    • Ensure the staging domain in Settings > Platform > Platform domains resolves correctly.

  • Roundcube gives a white page

    • Ensure your control panel URL is accessible from the PHP container and has a valid SSL certificate.
