Webmail (RoundCube) Setup
Set Custom Webmail Domain
Roundcube is installed by default to provide webmail functionality for email servers. After installing the email role, a "Webmail" domain is required for customer access to Roundcube.
Once a Webmail domain is set, a "Webmail" button appears on the Website's Email management page.
Access Webmail Directly:
- Customers can access Roundcube at
https://mail.{customer_domain}.
Setting the Custom Webmail Domain
To configure your Roundcube domain:
- Open Settings in the left sidebar.
- Select Platform from the settings menu.
- Navigate to Control panel website domains.
- Click Edit next to the 'Roundcube domain' field and click Save to finish.
DNS Configuration:
Ensure the DNS for your Roundcube domain points to the control panel server if the nameservers are external.
