System Generated Emails
By default, system-generated emails (such as password resets, user invites, etc.) are sent via Enhance's local SMTP server.
Requirements:
- Ensure your server/provider allows outbound traffic on port 25.
- Set a valid reverse PTR.
- Configure a custom 'From address' in Settings > Branding.
You can configure custom SMTP details to use an external mail server if preferred.
To Configure System Generated Emails:
- Open Settings in the left sidebar.
- Select Platform.
- Navigate to System Emails.
- Select Edit and input your SMTP details.
- Click Save to finish.
