System Generated Emails

By default, system-generated emails (such as password resets, user invites, etc.) are sent via Enhance's local SMTP server.

Requirements:

  • Ensure your server/provider allows outbound traffic on port 25.
  • Set a valid reverse PTR.
  • Configure a custom 'From address' in Settings > Branding.

You can configure custom SMTP details to use an external mail server if preferred.

To Configure System Generated Emails:

  1. Open Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Platform.
  3. Navigate to System Emails.
  4. Select Edit and input your SMTP details.
  5. Click Save to finish.
