If your ISP blocked port 25 and you are unable to send out emails, change your outgoing SMTP port to 26 and try to send the email again. At Quape, we open port 26 as an alternative port.
If port 26 do not function for you as well, do contact us and we will assist you in the troubleshooting.
It is also recommended to ask your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to enable port 25.
