Are you facing the problem of not being able to send email from webmail or email client due to Mailbox Quota Exceeded ?
To troubleshoot this:
1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Notice that the upper left hand corner will list a warning for each email
account that has met its quota.
3. Click on Email Accounts.
4. Search for the Email account that has met its quota.
5. Click on Change Quota.
6. Set the new quota.
7. Click Change Quota to save the new quota.
You can now send out emails from this account.
