Note: This feature is only offered to Business Web Hosting Plan.
To have all your incoming emails carbon copied to another email address, adhere to the instructions below:
Step 1: Login to cPanel.
Step 2: From the Email category, click on Forwarders
Step 3: Click on Add Forwarder.
Step 4: In the Address field, enter “mail.testing”.
Note: Replace “testing” with the email address of the recipient.
Step 5: In the Destination field, type the email address that you want to forward to.
(Email addresses and domain names in the fields are only for example)
Step 6: Click Add Forwarder to finalized and confirm.
Now, to make sure it is working, you can send an email to the email address you just generate to test. Do contact us (URL) if you have any issues.
Now, follow the instructions below to have all your outgoing emails carbon copied to another email address.
Step 1: Login to cPanel.
Step 2: From the Email category, click on Forwarders.
Step 3: Click on Add Forwarder.
Step 4. Enter smtp.emailaddress in the Address to Forward field.
Note: “smtp.” is required for our email system to recognize an outgoing mail copy service. Replace “testing” with the email address that you want for the forwarding.
Step 5. In the Destination field, enter the email address that you want to forward to.
(Email addresses and domain names in the fields are only for example)
Step 6. Click Add Forwarder to finalized and confirm.
Now, to ensure it is working, you can send an email to the email address you just generate to test.

To setup Mail archiving / monitoriing, create an email account “archive”, and create forwarder for the following entries:
- - smtp.emailaddress forward to archive@domain.com
- - mail.emailaddress forward to archive@domain.com
Note: Replace email address that you want to domain and monitor / archive with the domain name of your webhosting account.
