How to setup my email account on iPhone? (SSL & Non SSL)

Step 1: If this is the first e-mail account on your iPhone, tap Mail. Otherwise, tap Settings.

Step 2: Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Mail Account

Step 3: Choose “Other”

Step 4: If your account is hosted on our CPanel or DirectAdmin platform you will need to apply the following settings:

Username: Full email address (i.e. example@example.com.sg)

Password: The corresponding password for the email account

Incoming mail server settings:

Server: Your domain name (i.e. domainexample.com.sg)

Protocol: IMAP

Port: 993

Outgoing server supports SSL: Yes

Outgoing mail server settings:

Server: Your domain name (i.e. domainexample.co.uk)

Protocol: SMTP

Port: 465

Outgoing server supports SSL: Yes

Note: The device will say that the Username and Password for the outgoing mail server are optional, however you will need to set them in order for the email account to function properly.

For a Non SSL option, under the outgoing server supports SSL panel, just simply select No.
