Hosting emails with another provider requires you to change the MX records (mail servers) of your domain name. Follow the instructions from this article on how you can update your mail servers.
Edit mail servers using cPanel
Step 1: Login to DirectAdmin.
Step 2: Click on MX Records under Email Management.
Step 3: If you have multiple domain names, you may select on their respective checkboxes and choose the domain name you’d like to change.
Step 4: The Email Routing is used to identify where the domain is hosted. Enter your mx record name and select the mail value. Then, click on Add to confirm. If you want to point the MX record to another provider, deselect on the checkbox under the Local Mail Server panel and click the Save button.
